Asset Specifics

Typography

BrandColors.ai suggests font pairings primarily from the Google Fonts library. These fonts are released under open-source licenses (usually SIL Open Font License). You are free to use them commercially, but you are responsible for verifying the specific license of any font file you download externally.

Trademarks & Copyright

While you own the specific compilation of colors and strategy generated for you (under the Commercial License), simple color palettes themselves generally cannot be copyrighted. BrandColors.ai makes no warranty that a generated name or color combination does not infringe on existing trademarks in your specific jurisdiction. We recommend conducting a legal trademark search before finalizing your brand.
